Materials
304 stainless steel body and spout, phenolic handle, 1 litre working capacity. Temperature settable from 40 to 100°C in one degree steps with a thirty minute hold.
Care
Descale every couple of months with citric acid if you are on hard water. Do not put it in a dishwasher — the base is electrical and the finish will dull.
